§ 10.56.350. Parallel parking.

A.

No person shall park any vehicle adjacent to any curb on any roadway unless both right wheels of such vehicle are within eighteen (18) inches of the curb, except where parking other than parallel is designated by appropriate marking.

B.

No person shall stop or stand any vehicle on the left or driving lane side of any parked vehicle.
