§ 10.71.080. Free-floating zone parking permit fees.

A.

Initial purchase, renewal, or replacement of a lost, stolen or damaged free-floating zone parking permit shall be subject to a contractual agreement between the car sharing organization and the Public Works Director.

B.

The fee for the initial purchase, renewal, or replacement of a lost, stolen or damaged free-floating zone parking permit should reflect either the anticipated forgone parking meter revenue, for the initial permit purchase, or the previous year's forgone parking meter revenue.
