§ 12.04.100. Private contract defined.

The words "private contract" as used in this chapter, with reference to private construction of sidewalks, driveways, gutters, or curbs, shall be construed to mean construction other than let by the city or permitted by the issuance of approved plans and specifications to the private contractor by the Superintendent of Streets/Director of Public Works.
