§ 12.04.180. Sidewalk and driveway construction—Time of completion.

If all of the private construction and/or repair work of any sidewalk and/or driveway be not completed within thirty (30) days from the date of the permit, and in accordance with the terms of this chapter, the Superintendent of Streets/Director of Public Works may notify the holder of the permit to complete said work within two days, and if not so completed, the Superintendent of Streets/Director of Public Works is authorized to have the same done at the expense of the owner of the parcel of property fronting upon the sidewalk and/or driveway upon which such work was completed.
