§ 12.04.200. Driveway construction—Conditions.

Every permit for the construction of a driveway shall be subject to the condition that the owner of the property facing such driveway will, at his or her own expense, construct or reconstruct the curb, parkway and sidewalk upon the abandonment of the use of said property for any purpose which necessitates the existence of a driveway.
