§ 12.04.290. Driveway Appeals Board—Creation—Membership.

A Driveway Appeals Board is created. The Board shall consist of the Traffic Engineer, the Director of City Planning, the Chief of Police and the Superintendent of Streets/Director of Public Works. The Board shall have such powers as are granted to it in this chapter.
