§ 12.04.370. Elimination of abandoned driveways—Processing to assess costs.

If such work is not commenced within ten days after such notice is given as aforesaid
and diligently and without interruption prosecuted to completion, the Superintendent
of Streets/Director of Public Works shall proceed to cause such work to be done in
the manner and pursuant to the provisions of Sections 12.04.010 through 12.04.060, inclusive, of this chapter, or Sections 31, 32, and 33 of the "Street Improvement
Act of 1911" (Statutes 1911, p. 730, as the same is now or may be hereafter amended).
