§ 12.36.200. Liabilities.

A.

The issuance and exercise of a permit pursuant to this chapter shall not be deemed to establish any public use or access not already in existence with regard to the property to which the permit is applicable.

B.

The issuance of a permit pursuant to this chapter shall not create any liability of the city with regard to the work to be performed, and the applicant for such permit shall agree to hold harmless the city and is officers and employees from any damage or injury that may occur in connection with, or resulting from, such work.
