§ 12.44.080. Unlawful to sponsor or participate in a parade without a permit.

    It is unlawful for any person to sponsor or conduct a parade requiring a permit, under Section 12.44.060, unless a permit has been issued for the parade. It is unlawful for any person to participate in such a parade with the knowledge that the sponsor of the parade has not been issued the required permit.

    B.

    It is unlawful for any person to interfere with or disrupt a lawful parade.
