§ 12.64.090. Injuring trees and other properties.

  • It is unlawful for any person to trespass upon the grass of any public park in the city or to pick flowers from the same, or to cut, break or in anywise injure, damage or deface the trees, shrubs, turf, buildings, fences, benches, fountains, statuary or any fixtures connected therewith, or to foul any fountains or springs within said park.
