§ 13.12.025. Underground District No. 10.

The following described area in the city is designated as an underground district:
Park Boulevard from the southerly production of the center line of Greenwood Avenue to the westerly production of the center line of El Centro Avenue.

Every person maintaining any pole, wire or other overhead structure in the above described underground district, except as provided in this chapter, is required to remove the same, and to install an underground system for the transmission of electricity, as required by this chapter, on or before the 1st day of June, 1949.
