§ 13.12.045. Underground District No. 14.

The following described area in the city is designated as an underground district:
Broadway from the south line of Hawthorne Avenue to the south line of MacArthur Blvd.

Every person maintaining any pole, wire, or other overhead structure in the above described underground district, except as provided in this chapter, is required to remove the same and to install an underground system for the transmission of electricity, as required by this chapter, on or before the 30th day of April, 1950.
