§ 13.12.075. Underground District No. 20.

The following described area in the city is designated as an underground district:
Market Street from the north line of 57th Street northerly to the southerly boundary line of the City of Berkeley.

Every person maintaining any pole, wire or other overhead structure in the above described district, except as provided in this chapter, is required to remove the same and install an underground system for the transmission of electricity, as required by this chapter, on or before the 1st day of January, 1952.
