§ 13.12.085. Underground District No. 22.

The following described area in the city is designated as an underground district:
East 14th Street from the easterly line of 2nd Avenue easterly to the easterly line of 13th Avenue.

Every person maintaining any pole, wire or other overhead structure in the above described district, except as provided in this chapter, is required to remove the same and install an underground system for the transmission of electricity as required by this chapter, on or before the 15th day of June, 1953.
