§ 13.12.110. Underground District No. 27.

The following described area in the city is designated as an underground district:
McAdam Street from the easterly property line of Broadway to the westerly property line of Montgomery Street.

Every person maintaining any pole, wire or other overhead structure in the above described district, except as provided in this chapter, is required to remove the same and install an underground system for the transmission of electricity as required by this chapter, on or before November 15, 1955.
