§ 13.12.205. Underground District No. 46.

The following described area in the city is designated as an underground district:
40th Street from the easterly property line of Broadway to the westerly property line of Howe Street.

Every person maintaining any pole, wire or other overhead structure in the above described district, except as provided in this chapter, is required to remove the same and install an underground system for the transmission of electricity as required by this chapter, on or before the 1st day of September, 1960.
