§ 13.12.215. Underground District No. 48.

The following described area in the city is designated as an underground district:
Bond Street from the westerly property line of the southerly leg of 64th Avenue extended to the easterly property line of Seminary Avenue.

Every person maintaining any pole, wire or other overhead structure in the above described district, except as provided in this chapter, is required to remove the same and install an underground system for the transmission of electricity as required by this chapter, on or before the 1st day of January, 1961.
