§ 13.12.250. Underground District No. 55.

The following described area in the city is designated as an underground district:
Harrison Street between the northerly property line of Bay Place and the southerly property line of 29th Street; Oakland Avenue between the southerly property line of Fairmount Avenue extended and the southerly property line of 29th Street extended; Orange Street between the northerly property line of Hamilton Place and the northerly property line of Fairmount Avenue extended.

The removal of all poles and wires and the underground installations shall be completed on or before June 1, 1961.
