The following described area in the city is designated as an underground district:
Those portions of Elysian Fields Drive, Riviera Court, Pebble Beach Drive and Fox Hills Court lying within the boundaries of Tract Number 2378 as shown on the official map of said tract recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County.
