§ 15.08.420. Effect of failure to appeal.

Failure of any person to file an appeal and pay fees in accordance with the provisions of Sections 15.08.41 0 of this Code shall constitute a waiver of the right to an administrative hearing and adjudication of the Declaration or Order or to any portion thereof.
