§ 15.68.010. Purpose.

The purpose of this Chapter is to establish a Jobs/Housing Impact Fee in the City of Oakland to assure that certain commercial development projects compensate and mitigate for the increased demand for affordable housing generated by such development projects within the City of Oakland.
