§ 16.16.002. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to establish the City's intent to implement complete streets concepts, which is reflected in City Resolution No. _______ C.M.S., as it may be amended, so as to uniformly regulate the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the street system in parallel with the requirements of Chapter 12.02, Complete streets design standards. These provisions shall be applied upon an application for the subdivision of land as applicable, and/or as referenced in Chapter 12.02.
