The purpose of this Chapter is to provide for the protection, health, safety, and
general public welfare of the residents of the City and to preserve the livability,
appearance, property values, and social and economic stability of the City by providing
an alternative method of code enforcement to effect abatement of minor violations
of the codes and ordinances identified in this Chapter.
