§ 2.05.030. Authority of the City Administrator.

The City Administrator is authorized to provide final approval of OMCA accession/acquisition and sale, donation, disposal or other disposition of objects and art works from the Collection provided the transactions are carried out in compliance with the standards, requirements and procedures set forth herein and as revised from time to time.
