§ 2.29.120. Human Resources Management Department.

  • There is established in the City government a Human Resources Management Department, which shall be under the supervision and administrative control of the City Administrator. The powers, functions and duties of said Department shall be those assigned, authorized and directed by the City Administrator. The management and operation of the Human Resources Management Department shall be the responsibility of the Director of Human Resources Management, subject to the direction of the City Administrator. The Director of Human Resources Management shall also serve as the City's Personnel Director, subject to the direction of the City Administrator.
