§ 2.30.130. Monitoring and structure.

A.

The City Manager shall be responsible for monitoring and facilitating compliance with this chapter. The City Manager will review complaints about alleged violations of this chapter and review compliance plans.

B.

The City Manager will submit to the City Council, a strategy to conduct outreach to members of the substantial number of limited-English-speaking persons group(s) about their rights under this chapter; and procedures to accept and investigate complaints alleging violations of this chapter. The strategy will be presented to the Finance and Management Committee, or such other committee as the Council may designate before it is forwarded to the full City Council.
