§ 2.30.140. Rules and regulations.

In order to effectuate the terms of this chapter, the City Manager may propose rules and regulations consistent with this chapter. Such rules and regulations shall be reviewed by the Finance and Management Committee or such other committee as the Council may designate, before they are approved by the City Council.
