§ 2.45.025. Conflict of interest.

The following persons shall not be eligible to serve as a Commissioner or as a member of the Selection Panel:
A.

Any attorney who represents a person or entity with a pending claim or lawsuit against the Department; or

B.

Any attorney who represented a person or entity that filed a claim or lawsuit against the Department and that claim or lawsuit was finally resolved during the previous year.

This Section shall not apply to the Selection Panel members already appointed on the effective date of this Chapter 2.45.
