False Charges and Information. A person shall not knowingly furnish false, fraudulent,
or misleading complaints, evidence, documents, or information to the Public Ethics
Commission, or District Attorney, or knowingly misrepresent any material fact, or
conceal any evidence, documents, or information relevant to an investigation by the
Public Ethics Commission or District Attorney of an alleged violation of this Act.
