§ 3.12.260. Public Ethics Commission Role and Responsibilities.

The Public Ethics Commission shall:
A.

Oversee compliance with the Act.

B.

Serve as the local filing officer for campaign statements and reports pursuant to the California Political Reform Act.

C.

Adopt, amend, and rescind rules and regulations to carry out the purposes and provisions of this Act, subject to Section 2.24.070 of the Oakland Municipal Code.
