§ 4.12.040. Registration.

Within thirty (30) days after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this Chapter, within thirty (30) days after commencing business, or within thirty (30) days after a change in ownership of a business registered under this Chapter, whichever is later, each distributor of cigarettes shall register with the Tax Administrator on a form provided by him or her.
