§ 5.04.060. Public inspection.

A.

The following information for each business tax certificate under this chapter shall be available for inspection by the public during normal working hours:

1.

The name and address of the business;

2.

The name of the owner of the business, if such name is shown on the records filed pursuant to this chapter;

3.

Industrial classification;

4.

Expiration date;

5.

Account number.

B.

The Director of Finance may enact such regulations as are necessary to permit reasonable public access to the information. Such regulations may prescribe the time and manner in which to receive and act upon requests for such information.
