§ 5.04.160. Procedure for changes to business tax certificate.

No certificate granted or issued under the business tax provisions of this chapter shall be in any manner transferred or assigned, or authorize any person other than the person named in the certificate to carry on the business therein named or to transact such business in any place other than the place or location therein named without the written consent of the Business Tax Section endorsed thereon. Any time the place of location for the carrying on of such business and/or the business name is changed, the person applying for such change shall pay to the Business Tax Section a fee in the amount set forth in the City of Oakland master fee schedule (as amended from time-to-time).
