§ 5.06.070. Immoral advertising.

  • It is unlawful for any person to display for advertising purposes upon any billboard or advertising signboard, or upon or in any window, or upon any building or fence in any public place, any activity or event prohibited by law, or any matter which, to the average person applying contemporary standards, appeals to the prurient interest, and is matter which, taken as a whole, depicts or describes in a patently offensive way sexual conduct and which, taken as a whole, lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value for minors.
