§ 5.06.090. Mutilating signs.

It is unlawful for any person to maliciously destroy, or in any way mutilate, any sign placed upon any real estate, advertising said real estate for sale or for rent, whenever such sign is placed thereon by the owner, or authorized agent of the owner, of said real estate.
