§ 5.10.060. Posting and filing of bingo rules.

The rules for the bingo games conducted by a bingo game operator shall be posted in a conspicuous place at the location of the bingo games. A copy of the rules shall be filed with the City Administrator along with the permit application, and any amendment to the rules shall be filed with the City Administrator within 30 days after the amendment becomes effective.
