§ 5.10.160. Inspection.

Any peace officer of the City shall have free access to any bingo game authorized under these regulations. The permittee shall have the bingo permit, and the list of approved staff available for inspection at all times. It is unlawful for any person to interfere, block doorways, or otherwise impede the efforts of a peace officer to make such inspections.
