§ 5.22.030. Applicability of chapter.

The provisions of this chapter shall be construed to apply to public dances given by the management of hotels, to public charitable exhibitions or entertainments given by any association or society, and to public dances given by fraternal or social organizations, even though no admission fee is charged.
