Any person engaging in the business of selling, transferring, or leasing, or advertising
for sale, transfer, or lease, or offering or exposing for sale, transfer, or lease,
any firearm or ammunition on the effective date of this Chapter shall have a period
of 60 days after such effective date to comply with the provisions of this Chapter.
