§ 5.40.140. Public nuisance.

In addition to the criminal penalties provided for in this code, a violation of any provision of this chapter, or any condition caused or permitted to exist in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall, and is deemed and declared to be a public nuisance and may by the city be abated as such.
