§ 5.46.080. Suspension or revocation of permit for violation of Section 5.46.070.

In addition to the grounds set forth elsewhere in this title, the City Administrator,
upon the written recommendation therefor by the Chief of Police, may, under the provisions
of Chapter 5.02, suspend or revoke a pawnbroker's, secondhand dealer's or exchange dealer's permit
upon conviction of said permittee of violating the provisions of Section 5.46.070.
