§ 5.52.100. Unlawful to manufacture certain badges.

It is unlawful for any person to make or manufacture or sell any badge of a like or similar design to that used by the Oakland Police Department or Oakland Fire Department, or to make or manufacture or sell any badge to be used by a private security officer or private watchman, except with the written approval of the Chief of Police.
