§ 5.58.010. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to safeguard the health, safety and moral welfare of school children by the regulation of the operation of school stores so that in such stores school children will not be exposed to or associate with lawless, immoral or irresponsible persons who cause or tend to encourage delinquent behavior.
