§ 5.62.100. Children getting on and off, riding on top, etc.

  • It is unlawful for any person under the age of sixteen (16) years to get on or attempt to get on or to get off from any street railway car or railroad train propelled either by steam or electricity while such car or train is in motion, at any place in the city; or for any person to ride on the top or roof of any street car or railroad train or to ride on the front or rear fenders of any such car or train while the same is being operated in the city.
