§ 6.04.040. Veterinarian's responsibilities.

Every veterinarian who vaccinates or causes or directs to be vaccinated in the city any dog with anti-rabies vaccine shall:
A.

Use a form provided by the licensing authority to certify that such animal has been vaccinated;

B.

Notify the licensing authority when such animal is vaccinated.
