§ 6.04.200. Animal at large.

  • It is unlawful for any owner of any animal to allow or permit the same to run at large in the city, or to pasture or herd or stake or tie the same for the purpose of grazing, in any public street, lane, alley, court or other public place or grounds belonging to, or under the control of, the city, or upon any private property within the city, unless with the consent of the owner or occupant of such property.
