§ 6.04.300. Sanitary keeping of animals.

No person shall establish or operate a pet shop, kennel, or animal hospital without first obtaining a permit therefor from the City Manager authorizing him or her to do so. It is unlawful for any person in the city to keep any animal in any animal quarters, kennel, animal hospital, or yard which is not at all times kept reasonably clean and sanitary to the satisfaction of the County Health Officer.
