§ 8.18.070. Fences.

  • Every person who shall maliciously erect or maintain in the city, for the purpose of annoying the owners or occupants of adjoining property, any fence, or other structure in the nature of a fence, unnecessarily exceeding six feet in height, is guilty of an infraction, punishable as provided in this code and such fence or structure shall be deemed a private nuisance.
