The City may, pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 41901 (as it may be amended
from time to time), impose a fee on MM&O customers, to be collected by the MM&O collector,
in amounts sufficient to pay the costs of preparing, adopting, and implementing the
Alameda County Integrated Waste Management Plan. The fee shall be enacted by ordinance.
