§ 8.28.110. Exception—Initial occupancy.

The owner shall comply with Section 8.28.100 within 15 days of occupancy of the premises. If the owner fails to do so within such time period (or such service is terminated or suspended), the Director may give the owner written notification that compliance with Section 8.28.100 is required. If the owner fails to either subscribe to solid waste collection service or obtain a self-haul permit within 15 days from the date of mailing of the notice, the owner shall be deemed to be in violation of Section 8.28.100.
